Visual Structural Inspection and Due Diligence Studies
Under the Building Control Act and Regulation, buildings in Singapore other than landed residential developments need to be inspected once every five or ten years. We have helped many building developers and owners completed such inspections.
Buildings inspected by us include schools, government buildings, commercial establishments, retail shops, condominiums, factories & warehouses.
Facade Design and Visual Inspection
We have developed capabilities in façade design and submission. Different types of facades such as aluminium cladding, glass curtain walls, stone claddings have been designed by us.
We are qualified Competent Person (CP) that can provide façade inspection services to support BCA’s upcoming Periodic Façade Inspection regime.
Façades designed by include Grace Assembly of God, Indian Heritage Centre, Reynaers Aluminium building, amongst others.

Structural Strengthening and Defect Rectification
The process of structural strengthening works is usually lengthy, expensive and sometimes dangerous.
Armed with a good understanding of structural fundamentals and experiences in some extensive structural strengthening works, we are able to, in some cases, offer better alternatives to structural repairs and refurbishments.
Structural strengthening and repair works undertaken by us include the Repair to bridge piers at Kallang Riverside Park & Pasir Ris Park Mangrove Boardwalk.
Geotechnical Engineering (ERSS)
We have undertaken projects involving geotechnical engineering and this includes design and submission of Earth Retaining and Stabilising Structures (ERSS), slopes and foundation.
ERSS types ranges from simple sheet piles for trench excavations to fully strutted excavations for deep basements as well as caisson structures.

Ease Engineering Consultancy Pte Ltd was registered with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore) and PEB (Professional Engineers Board Singapore) in 2015. We have previously operated under Ease Consultants which was registered with ACRA and PEB in 2007. We offer professional building design and development consultancy services which include mainly civil & structural engineering and basic architectural design & consultancy services. We also provide project management and construction supervision.
